Hi, I'm Saini Patala, a Helsinki based photographer. I've been photographing for years even though I've just recently started building my online presence as I started photographing models instead of just... whatever I came across to. Which usually was street, architecture or nature. It took me some time to have the courage to photograph people.

My main inspiration comes from the fashion world. Peculiar faces, strange angles and minimalistic compostions fascinate me. My work still has a lot of portraiture in in as that's what I started with when I first got into photographing people. Little by little I try to get more of that fashion / editorial feeling in my photos and put my visions into them.
